Here's Rock, a pit mix, and what his foster mom has to say about him:

"Hi  -   a few weeks ago we found a pit bull or a pit bull mix running loose in our neighborhood.  Was injured so took to the vet & had him treated & neutered.  HW negative.  All shots complete.  Vet thinks he is around 1 year old.  Weighs right at 50 lbs.  We've been calling him Rocky.  He is very sweet and doesn't have any aggression issues (food, toys, crate, etc...)   He does play rough with Trooper (who weighs 13 lbs) but doesn't 'try' to hurt him.  Learning basic manners - sit, stay, and walking on a leash.  Likes to play fetch. He needs a fenced yard and someone who will spend play time with him. Due to his 'bouncy' personality, I don't suggest a home with children.  Teenagers and up would be good. "
