Rosie

Hey there!

My name is Rosie and I am the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. I love to be outside, play with toys that make noises, and follow my human parent around the house all day. I prefer to be around people rather than alone, and might cry if I'm sent to another room and don't get to play with the others. I like to be in the middle of the action. However, I seemed to be overwhelmed at times if there are numerous people and get very afraid. I'm getting better though.

I like to be around children, since they have a lot of energy and we can chase each other. I'm not jealous and don't seem to mind other pets. With other dogs, as long as they don't bother my water bowl, I really tend to ignore them. I do chase cats though, just for the fun of it! I'm pretty much house trained if I'm taken out often, and will sit in my crate quietly if I'm asked.

Well, I'm guessing you want to know my story. It's pretty simple, I was rescued from a puppy mill, where I was abused, mainly by men, which is why I'm more hesitant around them than women and children. I have a small battle wound on my right eye but it doesn't affect my vision. Because of what I have endured, screaming and sudden movements frighten me and I often retreat to my crate. However, I'm very loyal, and if you take the time out to get to know me, I'm really amazing and obedient. If you're up, I'm up. If you're sleeping, I'm curled up right by you. If you walk outside, I patiently wait at the door for your arrival.

If you're looking for a young, beautiful, healthy, and friendly Boston, them I'm your girl. I can get along with anyone. I recently tested negative for heartworms, so I've got lots of living to do and I would love to do it with YOU!
