Coleman

Hi everybody, I'm Coleman. I am a really sweet, laid back boy. I get along with all my sisters and brothers. I'm getting interested in cats- especially if they run. My foster mom is working on this so a home without cats might be best. I have met some neighborhood children and do well with them. My foster mom says that I'm a little larger boy, just a little taller. I weigh approximately 25 pounds and could use a few more pounds. So,my mom is feeding me really well. I didn't have toys to play with before and I'm learning how to play. I LOVE to talk, I'm a pretty vocal boy. I'm very good inside. I curl up and sleep. I'm crate trained and have had no potty accidents inside. Some nice people found me as a stray and got me to this great rescue group that is going to help me find my very own furever home. If you're looking for a new companion, please consider me. You won't be sorry.

Coleman is very handsome with that half and half face. Would he be able to be with a boxer and a toy dog( Mexican dog)

I am looking for a playmate for a 2 year old male boxer. He is neutered and is an inside/outside dog. He is very social and loves to play. I also have a 7 year old child. I like Coleman because he is a little larger. Do you think he would be a fit for us? Almost forgot.....we have an invisible fence yard. Thanks

Coleman gets along with all dogs large or small and I'm sure he would be fine with your child. We really don't like invisible fences. It keeps the dog in but doesn't prevent other dogs from entering your yard and attacking your pets. It's also easy access for anyone that might want to steal your pet. Would you consider a wood or chain link fence?

Invisible fences do not work 100% of the time. There are 2 dogs that are seen at our Church on a regular basis and they are wearing the collars that are suppose to keep the dogs in the invisible fence -- they are not bothered with it and the fence is not working.
